- Passports are required for all International trips (including children).
- Each team member is encouraged to raise their funds (just like missionaries do).
- All gifts are tax deductible (Please make checks payable to West Ridge Church).
- 100% of your gift goes towards underwriting the cost of this trip and the team member will be credited for amount raised. These funds are solicited as contributions, and as such, are non-refundable to either the team member or donor, even if the team member is unable to participate in the trip for any reason. Funds are to remain in the account for the registered trip alone, and are non-transferable towards other trips, even in the event of overages..
- Each trip registration must include a $50.00 deposit in order to confirm your spot on the trip, receive your trip packet, and your Personal Identification Code which is required for tracking contributions.
- Please reference the team member code # (not the name) in the memo portion of your check.
- Please refrain from sending out support letters for trips until after you have officially registered for a trip (and been given a personal code). Failure to do so may result in the team member not receiving full credit for monies earned, as they will be applied into the general missions fund.
- Each team member must complete a Medical Release form prior to trip departure. (See Link Below for Form).
