You will need to schedule an appointment with the Wedding Coordinator for your Complimentary Wedding Tour and Consultation no less than five months prior to your wedding date to discuss the details relating to your ceremony at WRC.
At your consultation, important information related to church guidelines, policy agreements regarding your floral, photography, caterer arrangements will be discussed. The wedding coordinator will answer any questions you may have and address any special needs concerning your special day.

• Assigning a Wedding Hostess
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will be assigned a Wedding Hostess team member. The Wedding Hostess is not a wedding director or coordinator, but a representative of the church assisting with reviewing church wedding policy; and facilitating the wedding guidelines. In other words, the main objective of the Wedding Hostess is to do all she can to make your time stress free while in our facility.
