Ceremony - two basic packages
The Auditorium - $700
The Atrium - $500
Both packages include the following:
Facility Fees: includes operational costs; maintenance; set up and clean up
Wedding Hostess: includes 10 hours for Rehearsal and Ceremony, set up and clean up
Technical Support: includes 6 hours for Rehearsal and Ceremony, set up and clean up
Keyboard, if needed
The Prayer Garden - $75 includes the location only.
Rehearsal Dinners: $250
Receptions: $250
All fees are due in full one month prior to the wedding date. If needed, a flexible payment schedule may be arranged. This should be discussed with the wedding coordinator. An honorarium is suggested to be given to the wedding director and minister.
Security Deposit - ($150)
The security deposit is a refundable damage security fee. Providing that all fees have been paid, all guidelines have been followed, and that there has been no damage to the church building or furnishings by the wedding party, guests or suppliers of service, the deposit will be refunded. The security deposit must be received by the wedding coordinator before the wedding date will be placed on the church calendar and the date secured.
Additional Costs:
Overtime Fees: $20/hour will be applied should time for Wedding Hostess be extended past 10 hours, technician extended past 6 hours.
Black drape and piping/White sheer curtains - $50
Miscellaneous Fees:
Fees for musicians, including instrumentalists and soloists, should be arranged with that individual.
An honorarium is suggested to be given to the wedding director and minister.
